Hello and Welcome to Snick’s Pack

Snickers has inspired me to want to change the fate of tomorrow’s companion animals, by educating the public today. Every voice matters! Whether you shout from rooftops or have a quiet conversation with a friend over coffee, you are communicating ideas that can make a difference. You can help us in our mission to change the future for companion animals by starting conversations in your community.

About the Pack

If you subscribe to our website, are a fan of Snickers on facebook or if you follow him on Twitter, you can be a pack member. All you have to do is take this pledge:

I pledge to take every opportunity to educate people in my community about responsible dog ownership and the humane treatment of companion animals. I will make this part of my daily life and encourage my friends to do the same.

Did you say it? All you have to do is (1) say it, (2) mean it, and (3) do it. Now you’re part of Snick’s Pack! :)

Snickers and I will be sending out materials and ideas that you can use to educate the people in your life and throughout your community. We’ll post information on our website and then share links through facebook and Twitter. We’re off to a start with this flyer you can download, print and share with anyone considering buying a puppy: Responsible Breeder vs. A Puppy Right Now. We’re also working on starting a new organization to support humane education efforts called Animals Who Educate.

I have a rescue in Venus Texas and we have all raised our paws and made the promise. (Been doing it for many years anyway) We are a few who have been abandoned, abused, unwanted, but we await forever homes for just the right people. We are all different shapes and sizes and we solemnly promise to love, honor and cherish our forever owners til death (gulp) do us part. 4paws2adopt.com. We will travel anywhere for that special home.

Yay Snick! Educated, well informed choices will always equal a better, happier outcome for both dog and owner in the long term over spur of the moment decisions, or choices based solely on the cute factor. Am happy to be part of your wonderful movement XXX
